Stanley park

A short visit to Vancouver's jewel, Stanley Park. Walked through the park from the entrance to the old zoo area, and onward to Lumberman's Arch for a small picnic,  look at the scenery and back to the entrance going through the Stanley Park Pavilion area.
The rhododendrons, azaleas.. were still flowering profusely, and the trees were alive with their new spring growth.

First Narrows, Lions Gate Bridge.
Normally this area would not be accessible since the Stanley Park Water Park would normally be in operation from this vantage point; but due to the pandemic it was closed.

Zoomed in a little

Empress of Japan monument on the point

A nice Victoria Day visit to this wonderful park.

But wait !!!
More photos from my soulmate this time.......
